Shape and Strength is a physiotherapy centre in Kalighat, South Kolkata, founded and led by Dr. Yogitaa Mandhyaan. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis. Have been for the past 12 years. But just a couple of months ago I went to Shape and Strength Physiotherapy Clinic and met Dr Yogita Mandyan.She evauated the problems I was facing..frozen shoulder and thumb tendonitis and prescribed a course of physiotherapy. She was gentle and understanding and knew exactly what would help me the most. I have been undergoing therapy and Strength building exercises and the immobile left shoulder and right thumb are working again.
The therapists Priti and Surojit are excellent,polite and very helpful. For people suffering from stiff joints and other pain related issues,I would definitely recommend this clinic.
